Headed to Spokane March 18, 2010

Shelby, Montana's Amtrak station where it began to snow when I was headed to Spokane. I left Williston, North Dakota midmorning arriving in Spokane about 1:00am. I had spent the night in Williston with my grandkids and their folks which was fun. I did get to visit with several interesting people and saw some of Glacier National Park. The train travels across the "highline" of Montana, mostly wheat country, river bottoms, the Ft. Peck Indian Reservation  and very small towns.
Riding the train was boring, in my opinion! Hopefully, it will be a long time before I do that again! I was in Spokane to help my husband's  aunt move back to North Dakota.
