Summer colors

My flowers have had kind of a tough summer with such cool wet

weather to start with, wind and heat. They have finally taken off

are doing well. I love the fall and the cooler temperatures. Honestly,

the only reason I dreaed the first frost is the end of my flowers until

next spring. I love to go out and work in my yard and watch the

flowers grow and bring color to my yard.

This spring I expanded the flowerbed in my front yard and last week

tilled another new one in my side yard. I have some mums to plant in

there and will plant a few bulbs for the spring. I hope to fill it completely

with perennials.
