Our horses were down by the shop this afternoon where Doug had scattered some hay for them. Everyone one of them was covered with ice and snow. The snow blowing and swirling around them, they push and shoved as they fed. Looking at their behavior, you'd think they were starving or little kids who didn't want to share! Gracie, the gray horse throwing a kick, just suddenly exploded, scattering the rest of them for a moment or two.
