My offering for Sunday Stills this week is made of a couple of photos taken today and some from my archives. I used the archived photos because I thought they were better photos and really showed "perspective" well.
North Dakota this afternoon.
This photo was taken last Sept. near Watford City, North Dakota. Obviously it was
taken as we drove down the road!! (Note the cracked windshield and wiperblade!)
This is the old W Bar School located north of Wibaux, Montana.
Below is a look up the alleyway in one of our corrals last
November as we were unloading some calves. Believe me it was cold that day!
Believe it or not, this is a vineyard here in western North Dakota. The first vines were planted three years ago. This was taken today. I'm not sure how many vines they have or what kind of grapes they are. Everyone is anxious to see how long it takes for the first wine to be produced from them! The people who have the place now are not too well known in the area, so no one has been able to find out much about the project!!

Obviously there are some wonderful shots in this post!
Very nice. I really like the second one of the train. It is just perfect. Interesting to see a vineyard in ND. Wonder how they will make out?
I really love them all! I always love trains and the others are just lovely!

Nice shots- love that pink sky and the trains. Lots of perspective in the shot of the calf too, but my fave is the old schoolhouse.
love the second train shot!
I really really like the second train shot! Excellent!
Very interesting about the vineyard..bake some cookies and go welcome them ..then report back! :)
Judy, those train shots were marvelous! I liked them best of all. And the vineyard is interesting. I had no idea grapes could even grow up here. That makes me curious about what else we could get to grow. Might have to look into this some more!
Like trains and you captured it well. Like the second one best.
all very good. Love the road going in the sunset.
