Sunday Stills"Rock Formations"

This rock formation looks to me like someone has cut square pieces of rock and thrown them against the side of the hill!
In the badlands, pieces of rock randomly seem to pop up out of nowhere. They all have been shaped by years and years of wind and water.

This volcanic rock in a neighbor's pasture actually stands up like a wall. It is about three feet tall and about ten feet long.

Make sure you take a look at the photo for Sunday Stills my granddaughter, Haley, posted this week at http://thingsandplacesilove.blogspot.com/. She is just starting to blog.

Very nice- especially the one with the bird- great capture, and the one below it. You have some very interesting rocks there.
