One of this year's steer calves eating breakfast. We ship our calves on Nov. 10 and they will be going to South Dakota. The calves are really looking good, this one is starting to catch up with his mom almost! Reminds me of when my boys where growing up and how they loved it when they were finally taller than me! They are both over six feet and I am a stuby five feet eight inches! Guess the right management practices, genetics and lots of open spaces make the difference in cattle and kids!

My kids are taller than I all measuring around 5'9" and 6.0'. I'm 5'5". I hope my grandson doesn't get my height!!!
